FLIGHT CONTROL

Flight Control Department is responsible for the safe navigation and operation of the ship, as well as its embarked Starfleet craft (not marine craft). Furthermore, the bulk of the maintenance on small craft, as well as the flight control software, fall under their jurisdiction.

Bridge:

Hiroshima is piloted from the ship's bridge. The Flight Control station is the port side, forward console, alongside the Operations Console (sometimes manned by science)

Shuttlebay:

All small craft (including the Marine Fighter Wing) are located in Hiroshima's shuttlebay. The deck, itself, is maintained by ship's force, with assistance from embarked marines (when assigned).

Small Craft:

The department maintains and operates a multitude of small craft to support ship's operations.

Danube Runabout: 2 (USS Daisho and USS Kimono )
